Signal boxes of the
SEACOMBE, HOYLAKE & DEESIDE RAILWAY

This small company was dependent on signalling contractors for the provision of all signalling and signal boxes.

Hoylake Comprehensive signalling of this company's main line took place in 1888. The work was carried out by the Railway Signal Company and boxes were to their standard design built in timber.

The SH&D became part of the Wirral Railway in 1891.
