British Railways (Scottish Region) block instruments
The Scottish Region manufactured a small range of
their own instruments up to the 1960s.
This type appear to be based on North Eastern Railway design, with the two block needles in a tall case, and a rotary Tyers style commutator below. Block needles on later examples utilised standard signal repeater parts.
Separate bells are provided - in this case LNWR style "coffin" units.
